At Hetvi Creation, orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
1. No Cancellation After Payment
Once payment has been successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer.
Please carefully check your product selection, size, colour, quantity and delivery address before completing the payment.
2. Payment Failure
If a payment fails or the amount is deducted but the order is not successfully confirmed, please contact our customer support with the relevant transaction details.
We will assist you with the payment/order status.
3. After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Any issue with a damaged, defective or wrong product will be handled according to our Return / Refund Policy.
4. Refunds
Refunds will only be provided where specifically applicable under our Return / Refund Policy or where required due to an unsuccessful order/payment situation.
